What size is it exactly?
17.5 inches long by 11.8 inches wide by 1.96 inches high, listed as 17.5 by 12. Large enough for two mugs and a small teapot, or a full perfume collection on a dresser.
Is it real leather?
No, and that is deliberate. Faux leather wipes clean, does not stain from a spilled drink, and holds colour consistently across a production run in a way real hide never does.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash only. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it straight away. Never leave water standing inside it, and no dishwasher or abrasive cleaners.
Can I put food directly on it?
Use a plate or placemat for anything wet or oily. It is built to carry and display food and drink, not to be eaten off directly.
What is the return policy?
