On the durability comments
We would rather address this than bury it. A minority of reviews report the finish separating. In the cases we have been able to investigate, it has come back to water left standing inside the tray or to cleaning with a solvent based product. That is why the care instructions are on every page and why the finish is covered for 12 months from delivery. If yours has failed, tell us and we will replace it.
