Our Guarantee

We would rather replace a tray than argue about one. The policy below is short on purpose.

30 day returns

If the tray is not right for your space, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or a replacement. It needs to be in resalable condition with its box.

Damaged or wrong item

If your tray arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong colour, send us a photo and we will ship a replacement. You will not need to return the damaged one first.

Finish and hardware

The faux leather finish and the stainless steel handles are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This covers handles working loose, seams lifting and finish separating under normal indoor use. It does not cover scratches from cutting on the tray, heat damage, water left standing inside it, or outdoor use.

Care instructions, so it lasts

• Hand wash only. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
• Do not let water sit inside the tray. Dry it immediately.
• No dishwasher, no soaking, no abrasive cleaners.
• Keep it indoors and out of direct sustained sunlight.

Marketplace orders

If you bought through Amazon or Walmart, their returns process applies and is usually the fastest route. Amazon orders carry a 30 day refund or replacement window. You are welcome to contact us either way and we will help.
